We are looking for a Plumbing Operations Manager to join our growing, family run, maintenance plumbing business.
Come and play a critical role in supporting the Director of the company by assisting in day-to-day operations and contributing to business development initiatives. This role involves managing job scheduling, providing technical advice, and ensuring efficient workflows to meet client needs.

Offering a competitive annual salary of $120,000 – $140,000 based on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organisational and system management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling
- Proven experience in plumbing operations management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment would be an advantage
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and workflow management
