As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Plumber Receptionist to join our team as the warm and efficient first point of contact for clients.
Who You’ll Be
As a Plumber Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Proud Plumbing & Gas, ensuring smooth administrative and customer support operations. You’ll interact daily with clients, tradespeople, and team members, helping to maintain our reputation for reliability and professionalism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls with excellent customer service
- Email Communications
- Take client details for scheduling
- Liaising with external trades
- Taking payments
- Lodging NOC + E-Notices
- Perform general reception tasks
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Manage office supplies and kitchen consumables
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-office role, preferably in a service-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
- A valid WA driver’s license
- A friendly, professional demeanour and strong communication skills
