Plumber Applecross

Applecross lies between Canning Highway and the Swan River about seven kilometres south of the Perth CBD in the City of Melville, laid out from the 1890s as waterfront residences. Around a dozen high-rise buildings now stand or are under construction at its eastern end. For a plumber that means strata and riser work in the towers, knock-down rebuilds on the older riverfront lots, and new connections loading mains that were laid for detached houses.
