Proud Plumbing and Gas works Kardinya regularly. It was pine plantation and before that pensioner-guard smallholdings running piggeries and poultry, and it is now low-density detached housing with a shopping centre in the middle and a light industrial pocket in the north-west.
That industrial corner gives the suburb a commercial side most of its neighbours do not have, so we do trade waste work here as well as domestic call-outs.
If you need a plumber in Kardinya for a blocked drain, trade waste, a hot water failure or an emergency, Proud Plumbing and Gas can help. No call-out fee during regular business hours, fixed-price quotes before work starts, and licensed plumbers and gas fitters.

Kardinya WA 6163, City of Melville. About 13 km south-south-west of the Perth CBD.
Kardinya lies about thirteen kilometres south-south-west of the Perth CBD in the City of Melville, on sandy ground that was used for piggeries, poultry and vineyards before becoming a university pine plantation and then a suburb. It is mostly detached housing with a shopping centre at its centre and a light industrial area in the north-west. For a plumber that means free-draining ground, ageing original services, and a genuine commercial workload alongside the houses.
Same no call-out fee during regular business hours, same 24/7 response.
